CUT CORES
Toroidal cut cores and C-shaped cores folIows the same productive process of toroidal cores. After the winding process, which is done according with customer’s specification, the cores go through heat treatment that gives the material its magnetic characteristics.
The products are then treated with a specific epoxy resin, and cutted according with the design requests, to fulfil the production needs of the customers.
Customized cuts number
Toroidal cores can be custom cutted with a number of cuts from 2 to 8. It is possible also to have single-cutted cores for special applications.
Cut cores can be manufactured with all materials, from M5 magnetic sheet to particular high-permeabilty materials.

C Cores
We manufacture cutted C-cores on customer’s specification with max. height of 150mm, with one or more cuts depending on the request, and with contact surfaces finishing depending on the intended use of the product. From the simple cut for inductances to the ultra-fine rectification for instrument transformers.
Standard and customized dimensions
Split C-cores (Fe-Si) can be fully customized, from small cores weighting a few tens of gram to bigger dimensions over 50 Kg.
